Risk & Privacy

Risk

Trading cryptocurrency can lose money, and some people lose all of it. Prices move for reasons nobody controls, and no configuration of any software prevents that.

Cirrina does not predict prices and does not decide what is worth buying. It executes the settings you configured. If those settings are wrong, it will apply them faithfully and you will lose money doing it.

We make no promise about results, and nothing on this site is investment advice. Paper Trading and Testnet exist so you can rehearse a configuration before any real money is involved. Use them.

Refunds

Licence and subscription payments are made in cryptocurrency and cannot be reversed by us. A transaction on the TRON network is final once it is sent. There is no chargeback and no payment processor in the middle to appeal to. This applies to a desktop licence and to a Cirrina Web subscription alike.

That is why the trial is five days and the whole application, on the desktop and on the web: decide before you pay, not after. If something goes wrong with a purchase itself, write to us and we will sort it out.

What this website stores

A purchase records the transaction hash you submit, the asset and amount received, which plan you bought, and the licence key issued. If you give an email address, it is kept so your key can be found again if you ask for it. Giving one is optional.

Licence checks from the application record a hashed fingerprint of the machine, so a licence can be tied to one computer and a trial cannot be restarted by reinstalling. That fingerprint is a hash. It is not reversible into anything about your hardware, and no other information travels with it.

There are no advertising trackers and no third-party scripts on this site.

What the desktop application stores

Everything else stays on your computer: your Binance API key and secret, encrypted at rest by your computer's own data protection and never transmitted; your bots; your standing orders; and your trade history, in a database file on your own disk.

The only outbound connection the desktop application makes besides Binance itself is the licence check described above. No trades, no balances, no keys, no personal information.

Cirrina Web: what we hold

Cirrina Web runs on our server, so unlike the desktop application it holds your data there: your name and email address, your bots, standing orders and trade history, your settings, and your Binance API key and secret. The key and secret are stored encrypted and are shown back to you only in masked form.

We accept a Live key only if Binance reports that it is restricted to our server's addresses and cannot withdraw. A subscription payment is recorded in the same payment ledger as a desktop licence: the transaction hash, the amount received and the plan.

If you delete your account, Cirrina Web stops everything and deletes your encrypted keys at once. It refuses to delete an account that holds an open position, so that nothing is left unwatched. Payment records are kept for accounting, with personal data minimised.

Cirrina Web: how it can fail

The stop-loss depends on our server being up. It runs on that server, so while the server is down, restarting or being updated, no stop-loss is running for anyone. A profit target already resting on Binance is unaffected, because it is an order on Binance itself. Planned maintenance is announced in the app and by email, and new buys are paused beforehand. An unplanned outage cannot be announced beforehand, because nobody knows about it beforehand.

A key that cannot withdraw can still trade. If our server were compromised, someone could place trades on your account until the key was revoked in Binance. That is why we accept only a key that cannot withdraw and is restricted to our addresses, and why you can delete the key in Binance yourself at any moment.

A stop-loss sells at market, so the price you get can be worse than the stop you set, and we cannot promise that Binance will answer or that an order will fill.

When a subscription or a licence ends

When a Cirrina Web subscription ends, nothing is sold. Bots and standing orders stop and no new buy is placed. A position you already hold keeps its profit target resting on Binance, and its stop-loss keeps running until the position closes on its own.

The desktop licence that comes with a web plan is different, because it is the desktop application's own licence: when it genuinely ends, the desktop application closes its open positions at market. A one-month web plan reaches that date every month. If you use the desktop application on one, review your positions before the end date.
